-
We are true specialists - Unlike many therapists offering pelvic health care, we're not just basic weekend course graduates. Our specialists undergo hundreds of hours of rigorous, extensive training from global leaders in the field, ensuring you receive the highest standard of care.
-
You are our sole focus - NO crowded gyms, sharing your hour with multiple other patients, being shuffled off to a tech, put on a machine, or given generic exercise – just dedicated, one-on-one care with your therapist tailored to your unique needs. We delve deep into the root cause of your symptoms and work with you to create personalized treatment plans to meet your goals.
-
Your care is advanced and individualized - Our therapists are trained in the most advanced assessment and treatment techniques out there, and we are always evolving and progressing with the latest research. Our holistic approach includes hands-on therapy, specialized exercise, education, and cutting-edge techniques like dry needling, cupping and kinesio-taping that are continuously modified based on your needs and response.
-
Experience relief that lasts - Expect more than temporary relief. We're committed to not only easing your symptoms, but empowering you for long-term wellness. We work with you on retraining the whole system, building resilience and teaching you to master self-management of your concerns to create long-term change and give you the confidence to tackle everything in life without fear of problems returning.
-
Experience compassionate care in a setting designed for your comfort and well-being - Addressing pelvic floor issues takes bravery and trust. At our clinic, your comfort and privacy are our top priorities. Each treatment is conducted in a private room, away from public spaces, ensuring your confidentiality and peace of mind. Your therapist will always discuss treatments thoroughly with you and proceed only with your full consent.

frequently asked questions
Who do you treat?
We treat the pelvis and all the things around it! Our clinic is a safe, inclusive, and judgement free zone. If you have a pelvis (and we’re betting you do) our services are for you!
Who can I bring and what should I wear to my appointment?
Partners, and babies are welcome. Wear something that you feel comfortable in!!
Do I need a physician’s referral?
Patients have direct access to PT/OT in the state of Tennessee, meaning that a referral from a medical provider is not required to initiate therapy.
What can I expect at my
first appointment?
At your first visit you will meet in a private treatment room 1 on 1 with one of our pelvic health therapists. She will ask questions to understand your history and condition and listen to your story. She will then perform a detailed assessment which includes watching you move, looking at your posture and other tests/measures she feels are applicable. If appropriate and indicated, she may do an internal assessment of the pelvic floor either vaginally or rectally. This will be discussed with you prior to the exam and only performed with your consent. This will give her very important information about your pelvic floor muscle function. She will explain her findings and give you something to start on at home! Your evaluation and treatment will be specific to you and ongoing each session.
Should I still come to therapy if I am on my period?
Yes! We would actually encourage you to attend pelvic floor therapy during your menses. Often symptoms that you are having are related to the different phases of your cycle. It can be incredibly helpful to assess what is happening in your body during your period to alleviate symptoms that are related! Pain during your period isn't normal, so treatment during this time can help, and we can modify techniques to make sure you always feel comfortable.
How long should I wait to come to therapy after giving birth?
We begin postpartum recovery as early as 1–2 weeks after birth.
This is a critical window when your body begins laying down new collagen, the building blocks of healing.
If your abdominal separation (diastasis) is more significant, early rehab can make a powerful difference in how your core recovers.
What can I do to prepare for my appointment?
One of the best things you can do is to write down any questions you have before coming to therapy. We want to make sure we address your concerns and needs during each session.
