As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that everyone who enters our clinic feels valued, cared for and respected. You will be the smiling face that greets our patients, the calming voice on the phone, and the organized mind that keeps our office running smoothly. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks with grace and positivity will help us maintain our high standards of care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service.

Schedule appointments, manage payments, and maintain office organization.

Create a welcoming environment for children and families.

Provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma (required)
-
Healthcare experience (preferred)
-
Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets

Excellent communication skills
-
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Work Hours:

40 hours per week
-
Must be flexible to work some early mornings (starting at 7:15 a.m.) and some late afternoons (until 6:30 p.m.)

Also must be able to work Saturdays, as needed 8 a.m.-2 p.m.
