meet our team

Dear Empassion Patient,

We’re so glad you’re here.

Pelvic health concerns are deeply personal—and for many people, seeking help can feel uncertain or overwhelming. At Empassion, we understand that. We’re here to meet you with clarity, compassion, and clinical expertise every step of the way.

We treat the whole person. What does that actually mean? It means we keep asking why until we reach the root cause. It means we don't just aim to reduce your symptoms—we work to understand and treat what’s causing them. And it means we consider your body from head to toe if it’s related to your healing. Our therapists are trained to assess and treat beyond the pelvis when needed, because healing isn’t always local.

Our team blends strong clinical reasoning with trauma-informed care and a nervous system-aware approach. Every therapist participates in a rigorous post-graduate education and mentorship process to ensure consistency, skill, and depth—no matter who you see. We’re united in our training and philosophy, while still bringing our own personalities and strengths to the table.

No matter where you are in your journey, we’re honored to be part of your team.

With gratitude,
Melanie Abbott & Noelle Eads
