Abigail serves as our Lead Front Office Coordinator and brings a calm, grounded presence to the heart of our clinic. With her warm, thoughtful approach, she helps patients feel seen, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Originally from New Mexico, Abigail moved to East Tennessee in 2014 and quickly fell in love with the Appalachian mountains.
She holds a Master of Divinity from Milligan University and has also worked in freelance marketing and brand development—using her creative gifts to help organizations communicate clearly and meaningfully. At Empassion, she brings together her diverse skills and deep compassion to guide the front office with grace, clarity, and care. Whether she’s helping a patient feel at ease, mentoring a team member, or refining a clinic process, Abigail’s leadership is calm, intentional, and deeply human.
Outside of work, Abigail is an avid mountain biker who also enjoys teaching yoga and reading good books. She lives with her mischievous cat, Frodo, and loves carving out space for the quiet, beautiful things that make life feel full.
