Brooke Tranbarger, PT, DPT

Brooke’s journey into therapy began with an associate degree and PTA license from Walters State Community College. After several years working across inpatient, outpatient, and school-based settings—including deep mentorship in pediatric therapy—she realized she wanted to take her education further. She went on to earn her B.S. in Allied Health Leadership from East Tennessee State University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College.

While in PT school, Brooke completed an extended pelvic health clinical rotation, where something clicked. She loved how the specialty combined education, problem-solving, and whole-person care—and she hasn’t looked back.

Warm, calm, and deeply intuitive, Brooke brings a gentle confidence to her sessions that makes patients feel at ease. She’s a natural listener and a quiet observer, and her care is marked by steadiness, trust, and thoughtful insight.

At home, Brooke thrives on slow mornings and long walks with her husband, daughter, and their sweet dog. She loves hiking, connecting with friends, and taking spontaneous day trips to new cities. True to her Enneagram 9 nature, she’s all about cultivating peaceful spaces and meaningful connection—whether she’s in the treatment room or wandering a mountain trail.
