Chelsea’s path to pelvic health started with movement. After earning her degree in Athletic Training from King University, she worked in school athletics, occupational health, and personal training—always drawn to helping people get back to doing what they love. She later earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Brenau University.

During OT school, Chelsea spent two years working in a pelvic health clinic, while pregnant with her second child. Seeing the life-changing impact of pelvic floor therapy—both personally and professionally—sparked a passion that continues to guide her work today.

She’s known for her collaborative approach, her focus on functional movement, and her willingness to dive in and try new things. Her fun sense of adventure and healthy competitiveness keep the clinic energized—she’s always challenging the team in the best way, helping us grow stronger together.

Outside the clinic, Chelsea loves spending time with her husband, Zach, and their three kids—Emery, Zaiden, and Zyla. They enjoy being outside, watching movies, and planning their next family adventure.
