Erin Dalton
Patient Relations & Office Support Specialist
Erin brings creativity, intuition, and a steady, welcoming presence to the front of the clinic. She’s often the first person you meet at Empassion, greeting each patient with warmth and ease and helping create an environment where people feel comfortable from the moment they walk in the door. Known for her calm, grounded nature, Erin has a way of settling a room and navigating even challenging moments with quiet confidence and care.
Her path has been anything but traditional. Erin earned her degree in Music Composition from Gardner-Webb University and has spent the past two decades teaching, performing, and creating in a wide range of settings. She currently teaches at an outdoor forest school, where she leads music and storytelling in a project-based learning environment for children, and performs as the frontwoman of the regional band Charlie Maples.
An Enneagram 7 at heart, Erin brings a sense of curiosity and adventure to life. Outside of work, she’s often exploring estate sales, writing music, tending her garden, or spending time outdoors—preferably near water, with a cup of tea in hand. She also volunteers with the owl aviary at Roan Mountain State Park and enjoys learning about herbal medicine. Erin lives with her husband, Andrew, and their two cats, Lew and Essie.
