Kristy Seeley

Kristy earned her degree in Health Promotion and Education, with an emphasis in Athletic Training, from the University of Cincinnati, then managed an orthopedic spine clinic before stepping away to raise her four boys. During that season, she built her own graphic design business.

As Creative and Operations Coordinator, Kristy puts both skill sets to work. She designs the clinic's materials and keeps its behind-the-scenes systems running smoothly. As one of Empassion's original team members, she has shaped how the clinic works from the start, and much of what patients see before their first visit has her fingerprints on it.

Kristy and her husband, Josh, stay busy with their sons, Ethan, Noah, Amos, and Levi, plus Leia, their energetic boxer. They're a mountain biking family, and their weekends are often spent at races across the state. Kristy even got her first tattoo of a mountain bike to remind herself that she can still learn and do hard things. She also loves family movie nights and cooking from scratch, and volunteers with her boys' PTAs. A classic Enneagram 1, she's diligent, focused, and detail-oriented.
