Lauren Wirick, PTA

Originally from Florida, Lauren now calls Jonesborough home. She earned her degree from Walters State Community College and brings a burst of energy and positivity to every corner of the clinic. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, she's known for being a dedicated team player, an enthusiastic cheerleader, and someone who genuinely lights up a room. Her own pelvic health journey—and the stories of others suffering in silence—fueled her passion for closing the education gap and helping patients understand their bodies with clarity and confidence.

Through her own experience, Lauren has seen that while people with chronic pain often accept a “new normal,” they don’t have to settle for a life limited by discomfort. With the right therapy and support, healing is possible.

Whether she’s supporting a teammate, or encouraging a patient, Lauren brings compassion and a contagious sense of joy. She has a gift for finding the silver lining in challenging situations and believes healthcare should be approachable, empowering, and filled with genuine connection.

Outside the clinic, Lauren loves sunshine, water sports, and spontaneous dance parties. She’s married to Kyle, mom to two daughters, and shares her home with two tiny pups, Cashew and Pistachio. A former aerial dancer, she’s rarely without iced coffee, snacks, and a half-finished crochet project.
