Molli grew up in Kingsport, TN and moved to Johnson City to attend East Tennessee State University, where she earned her degree in Finance with a minor in Public Health. She is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics.
Molli is the spark at the center of Empassion—bringing drive, heart, and a touch of humor to everything she does. Whether she’s organizing clinic operations or greeting patients with a smile, she keeps the team moving forward with her strategic mind and get-it-done energy. Her journey in healthcare began on a mammography mobile unit serving women throughout rural Appalachia and later expanded to the region’s first mobile COVID response unit. Now, she brings that same momentum and passion for women’s health into her leadership role at Empassion.
Outside of work, Molli is all about snowboarding, hiking, experimenting with new recipes, and planning her next adventure. She recharges with family, a good book, and her beloved mini goldendoodle, Henry.
