Noelle earned both her undergraduate and doctoral degrees from East Tennessee State University and proudly calls Abingdon, Virginia home. She discovered her passion for pelvic health during her clinical training and knew right away she had found her calling. She was drawn not only to the complexity of the work, but also to the deep and lasting change it brings to people’s lives.

As a co-founder of Empassion Pelvic Health, Noelle brings energy, vision, and purpose to everything she does. She’s especially passionate about making pelvic health care more accessible, less intimidating, and deeply connected to the everyday needs of all individuals and genders. She believes pelvic health is essential to whole-body wellness and has made it her mission to share that message far beyond the walls of the clinic.

When she’s not working one-on-one with patients, Noelle is behind the scenes driving many of Empassion’s community workshops and marketing initiatives. She’s always thinking big—about how to reach more people, tell better stories, and shift the conversation around pelvic health.

Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, and planning her next travel adventure with her husband, John. Their five beloved pets—Albert, Henry, Melvin, Maggie, and Gus—keep life lively and full of love.
