Noelle Eads, PT, DPT

Noelle grew up in Abingdon, Virginia, and earned her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy at East Tennessee State University. She now lives in downtown Johnson City, where Empassion is located, and is invested in that community. She found pelvic health during clinical training, drawn to the complexity of the work and the difference it makes in people's lives.

Much of Noelle's work happens outside the clinic walls. She leads Empassion's marketing and outreach, building relationships with local providers and bridging gaps in pelvic health care. Her focus is making that care less intimidating and more accessible for every gender and stage of life. If you spot an Empassion workshop, local TV segment, or community event, chances are Noelle made it happen.

Noelle discovered distance running in her late 30s and is training for her first half marathon. She and her husband, John, flip houses together, and she's fallen hard for power tools. They're also chasing the goal of visiting one new country a year. Both an Enneagram 6 and an extroverted introvert, she loves people, but nothing beats curling up by the fire with a fantasy series or romance novel. Rounding out the family are five fur babies: dogs Maggie and Gus, and cats Albert, Henry, and Melvin.
